Job Overview
We seek compassionate individuals with firsthand military experience to serve as Veteran Identity Support Specialists. Your role is to bridge trust, reduce stigma, and provide peer-to-peer care to those who have served or are currently serving in the U.S. and its Indo‑Pacific allied nations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one peer support and active listening for service members and veterans of the U.S. and its Indo‑Pacific allies.
- Assist clinical teams in facilitating group healing sessions, peer sharing circles, and trauma-informed activities.
- Build genuine connections based on shared military experience to lower barriers to seeking help.
- Support case follow-up, resource navigation, and conduct regular wellness check-ins with clients.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Current or former service member from the U.S., Japan, ROK, Philippines, or other Indo‑Pacific allied nations.
- Empathetic, patient, and able to listen without judgment.
- Strong commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and strict confidentiality.
- Dedicated to the shared values of freedom, rule of law, and alliance solidarity.
- Proficiency in English is required.
