He leads organizational strategy, partner relations, and program oversight with deep expertise in veteran support and regional security partnerships.
Clinical Director – Mental Health & Trauma Services
Dr. Elena M. Santos

Licensed clinical psychologist specializing in military trauma, PTSD, and post-service adjustment. She holds advanced training in evidence-based therapies for veterans and active-duty personnel, with professional experience supporting U.S. and allied military communities. She oversees all psychological counseling, trauma healing, and wellness programs.
Financial Assistance & Case Management Director
David S. Park

Former U.S. Army veteran and certified case manager with extensive experience in veteran benefits, emergency financial aid, and transition support. He manages eligibility reviews, financial grant disbursement, and personalized case coordination for beneficiaries from the U.S., Japan, ROK, and other partner nations.
Regional Partnerships & Outreach Coordinator
Sophia R. Tanaka

Bilingual liaison professional with background in international alliance relations and veteran community outreach. She serves as the primary point of contact for partner nations, coordinates cross-border support access, and builds collaborative programs with military and veteran organizations across the Indo-Pacific.
